Financial Crime & Transparency Statement

Global Sector is developing Aurelian Pay Nexus as an auditable technology and payment-orchestration platform. Our architecture is intended to support transparent operator onboarding, transaction attribution, provider controls and risk decisioning rather than obscure the nature or source of financial activity.
Operator transparency
Connected businesses should be individually identifiable. Nexus is designed to associate external flows with the originating operator, channel, provider, rail, currency, digital-asset network and external reference.
Customer and business due diligence
The platform is designed to integrate with KYB and KYC processes appropriate to the activity, including identity, beneficial ownership, age, sanctions, PEP, source-of-funds and enhanced due-diligence controls where required.
Transaction monitoring
Funding, payout and internal usage information can be evaluated for velocity, unusual behaviour, source attribution, device or operator patterns and other indicators defined by the approved compliance framework.
Gaming and iGaming
Where regulated gaming or iGaming is an approved downstream use case, it must be disclosed to and accepted by the relevant payment, account or digital-asset partner. Nexus is not intended to disguise gambling funding as an unrelated digital-goods transaction.
Stablecoins and digital assets
Digital-asset rails are intended to operate through approved providers and explicit network identifiers. Deposit, confirmation, treasury and payout activity should remain attributable and subject to applicable sanctions, wallet-risk and transaction-monitoring requirements.
Protected funds and corporate distributions
User backing, required reserves, provider obligations and corporate/distributable earnings should be represented as distinct financial positions. Protected user value must not be treated as investor or owner profit merely because it resides within the same technical ecosystem.
Cooperation
We expect to cooperate with regulated partners, professional advisers and competent authorities in accordance with applicable law and contractual obligations.
