When several casinos, vending networks, digital platforms or terminals connect to the same account infrastructure, transaction origin becomes a first-class financial fact. Nexus records the originating operator, channel, provider, rail and external reference before value reaches the internal ledger.

Origin attribution is different from later usage. A user can fund an account from one connected operator and later use value in another approved service. Preserving both facts makes fee allocation, analytics, reconciliation and dispute handling much more reliable.

The design principle is simple: the origin of an external movement is immutable, while subsequent internal usage is recorded as a separate event stream.
